1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We provide international shipping through trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, FedEx, and YunExpress. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping & Handling Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (6-8 Days) + Shipping Time

Because every pair of My Anime Shoes is Made-to-Order and handcrafted by our design team, we require time for production before dispatch.

3. Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within 15 business days of your order. The tracking information typically updates within 5-7 business days of the package being scanned by the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within this timeframe, please contact us at support@gearanime.com.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

My Anime Shoes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Our international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient is responsible for any local VAT or customs duties incurred in the destination country.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• Military Addresses: Currently, we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
• Separate Packages: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages to ensure faster delivery or protection of the items.
