The website promotes j1's. However it is just a cheap plastic shoe where the Nike sign is painted on! Horrible experience! Not authentic at all. Very misleading! They are just stealing your money

If your having doubts about this site/seller or about the products I can tell you now I was the same but I am so glad I took the risk anyways. I'm in AU so it took about 4 weeks to recieve, they responded to emails promptly answering any questions I have and also have tracking for your item. NOW about the product I am so AMAZED AT THIS PAIR OF SHOES. I brought these for my son for Xmas and to say he will be excited to recieve this is an understatement. He will be wearing them EVERYWHERE. This item was exactly as pictured I can't fault anything. You have one very happy customer here. I definitely recommend these guys! When I contacted customer service, all I’m told that we have to continue to wait for me to receive them,

Never received product - awful customer service
My order says it shipped on December 7th and had a tracking update on December 8th. When I hadn’t received it by December 22nd, I contacted Gear Anime and was told to “be patient” and that the tracking would be updated when the package had been transferred. I explained that I was being patient by waiting three weeks and didn’t understand how that solved anything when the package last showed up update on 12/8 and nothing since. I was concerned it was lost and explained that. Never received a response again. No refund, no assistance, no offer to help. I understand once it leaves their facility and is transferred to USPS, they likely can’t track it but they should have provided me a refund or offered to ship a new product. The shoes were around $100 and not cheap. Definitely will not order from here again and recommend to others to shop somewhere else. If I could give zero stars then I would.

I know the price is low for real customized shoes. I don't knownif the shoe will last more than a few wears they are CHEAP shoes!! The quality of the shoe could be 100times better.
